I'm in the middle of the third month taking this. The reviews I read said it takes three months to get the benefits. Hard to tell since my IC is affected by diet,too and I'm still learning some of my trigger foods. So I can get up in the night two times or I can get up in the night every two hours. I'll update my comments after I take it another couple of months and also I'm going to the urologist next week and I hear what she says. Good luck, best prayers to all of you.

Can't get by without it

I've been using this product for over a year and I feel like I can't live without it. It soothes mild bladder and urinary tract irritation within a couple hours of taking it and has no side effects. When I am avoiding all of the trigger foods and taking 4 of these pills a day, I am without pain and feeling happy.
