This is great stuff. I have been taking colon cleanse for years. I take 2 pills every morning and night. No more chronic constipation. Plus it's all natural which is great!

I've been taking this product daily for over 20 years and during my first colonoscopy the Dr remarked that I have the cleanest colon he'd ever seen. I just take one in the morning and 1 at night along with ground up probiotics, vitamins, and mineral oil in a small glass of juice. (Only need 2 once in a while if I enduldge.) Drink plenty of water and at least one electrolyte drink per day with this to maintain kidney health and avoid dehydration.
