Haven't used this long enough to know if it will provide the results I want...improved bone scans...but I expect a year's worth will give me a good idea. I do appreciate the dosage of this brand. Not too many are 75mg.

Have been using for a month so far; we'll see how the bone scan looks in a year or so. I take 75 mg in a liquid solution in my morning smoothie; and this 75 mg tab is so convenient for later in the day.
