My son's holistic pediatrician recommended this for my 5yr old son as a probiotic. He has used others in the past but we've been using this for about a year and he tolerates it well ( 1 scoop,2x day) He had delays and gut issues which have healed, but we are still using this for gut health. It does have an unpleasant smell, I mix it with a tspn of apple sauce and he tolerates it well.
