ArthroSoothe™ gives joints nutritional support for repair, lubrication, free movement, and healthy function. Joints, cartilage, ligaments, tendons and synovial fluid (for joint lubrication) undergo a continuous but slow turnover and remodeling process.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take four capsules per day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner (divided dosing recommended).

Torn Meniscus not 'heard' from

Whenever I need to stop supplements for a short period, the meniscus REMINDS me that it is torn. As soon as I continue this product, the pain is again GONE!

If I need to skip dosages (due to a procedure), my torn miniscis begins its painful shout. As soon as I resume (2 capsules twice a day), all pain is GONE!

An effective product

When having a colonoscopy, I am directed to stop all supplements for 10 days. I noticed that the torn meniscus (whose pain I had previously alleviated with PT) began hurting. Following the colonoscopy, when I was permitted to re-start taking arthro-soothe, the pain stopped IMMEDIATELY. This occurred again at the next colonoscopy. Hence, I concluded that Arthro-Soothe is effective!

This is my second review. It has been almost 1 yr since I began taking this. I must say this is an outstanding product. When I ran out for a week or so I noticed considerable joint swelling. This is an amazing combination of ingredients. Recommendation from my Naturopathic Doctor.
