Owners Sheri Davis and Debbie Truitt grew up within a family-owned, independent
pharmacy business (Family Pharmacy of Sarasota) that has provided cutting-edge solutions for patients since
the 1970s. Their father, licensed pharmacist Mike Pass, has owned and operated
pharmacies for more than 45 years. Since 1982, Pass has specialized in compounding,
individualizing medications to patients needs, and offering high-end supplements,
testing and natural therapies.
In 2002, Davis and Truitt established the familys next generation of
cutting-edge health service, founding an Internet-based supplement provider
with the personal touch of a locally owned, family pharmacy. The company has
expanded from offering popular lines such as Metagenics, Thorne Research, Douglas
Laboratories and Pure Encapsulations to a one-stop shop for customers interested
in natural, health-enhancing products, including energy bars, therapeutic magnets,
skin care solutions and cosmetics.
With a willingness to research solutions for customers and access to more than
20,000 products available through manufacturers, there is almost nothing
we cant get, Davis says. We want to provide what our customers
are looking for. We welcome special orders.
The company also welcomes telephone orders and queries. Callers have instant
access to a human voice and the professional experience of Tiffany, Ann, Lynne, Rhonda or Annie, knowledgeable customer service representatives who are ready and
able to answer questions. Tiffany, Lynne and Ann have worked with Professional
Supplement Center since its inception, and have established relationships with
many repeat customers. The phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9
to 6 and Saturdays from 9 to 1 p.m. eastern standard time.
Most orders are shipped out within a day or two. The staff checks the expiration
date on each bottle twice so that no customer ever receives outdated products.
Unopened or damaged products can be returned within 30 days without question. I think
we have a better turnaround than anybody else out there, and a fair return policy.
