****Orders received before Noon EST will be shipped the same business day
(Monday through Friday) if the product is in stock. Products that are not in
stock will be sent to you as soon as we receive them. We will notify you by
e-mail if the product(s) is back ordered from the manufacturer.****

Health related and label information change frequently, and while every attempt has been made to ensure the content on this site is accurate, you should always check with a healthcare practitioner before taking any vitamins or supplements. Additionally, to comply with our return policy, the label should be reviewed prior to opening a product.
Online Orders
Shop online using our secure shopping cart. Find items either by browsing
through our "Category" and "Health Concern" buttons on the left, by browsing specific manufacturer's products
by clicking on the "Brand" button on the left or by using the "Search" tool at the
top left of the shopping page. After you have found the product, add it to your
shopping cart by clicking on the green shopping cart button. You will automatically be shown the contents
of your shopping cart and can either "Checkout" or "Continue Shopping". If you would like more than one bottle, change the quantity and
click the "Update Qty" button. If you would like to remove a product from your cart, click the "X" button to the right of the quantity. If you have

Phone Orders
For phone orders call us toll free at (888) 245-5000 (Monday - Friday 9 AM -
6 PM EST and Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM EST). We welcome
special orders, however, they are non-refundable.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card
will not be charged until your product(s) has been shipped. We also accept personal checks. Look for PayPal and Google Checkout in the near future.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled until shipped, after which time, the Return Policy and Undeliverable, Unclaimed and Refused Package policy become effective (see below).
Shipping Policy
Our FREE SHIPPING (within the 48 contiguous United
States) is generally sent via priority mail or first class mail from the US Postal Service or UPS
Ground Monday through Friday.
Expedited orders are shipped, Monday through Friday,
UPS Second Day Air or USPS Express Mail (at our discretion) and are available
for a $40.00 non-refundable flat fee (within the 48 contiguous United States).
Please call us for a price if you are interested in Saturday delivery. We also
offer UPS next day services and a variety of other shipment methods.

Oversized items will be charged a $2.00
per item fee regardless of shipping method and is non-refundable. Oversized
items are clearly noted as such in the product's detail.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed and Refused Packages
If an order was shipped to you at no charge and is undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, your credit card will be charged a $5.95 shipping fee.
Heat Sensitive Products
Heat sensitive products are shipped free of charge, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (at our discretion) with an ice pack. Although the ice pack will melt during shipping, the product will retain its integrity. Probiotics are manufactured with overages that ensure label potency when exposed to extreme temperatures.
